AstraVelo provides a product warranty in accordance with national regulations, European Union requirements, and the warranty terms set by manufacturers. The warranty confirms that the product is fit for its intended use and free from manufacturing defects.

Warranty period

• Bicycles: the warranty period specified by the manufacturer (usually 2–5 years or longer for the frame, 2 years for components).
• Merida, KTM, TREK and Superior bicycle frames are covered by an extended warranty ranging from 3 years up to a lifetime warranty. For more details about special warranty offers, please contact AstraVelo.
• Service work: warranty claims can be submitted at the AstraVelo store by sending the product to the AstraVelo store or by submitting a claim for completed work, depending on the type of service performed.

Submitting a warranty claim

You can submit a warranty claim by:

• Sending photos and a short description of the issue to [email protected]. We will offer you the best and most convenient solution.
• Sending or bringing the product to the AstraVelo store in Riga, Gunāra Astras Street 3.
• Delivering the product to AstraVelo service partners in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia. Before delivering the product to service partners, please make sure to coordinate and register the warranty claim in advance via [email protected]
