3. What delivery methods and delivery times are available?

Delivery options and timeframes depend on the product’s location and the selected delivery method. Exact delivery times are shown during checkout, and you are welcome to contact us before purchasing if needed.

4. Can I collect my order from the store?

Yes, many products can be collected from our store in Riga, Gunāra Astras iela 3. If you would like us to reserve an item, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with consumer protection regulations and our e-shop terms and conditions. Use the free return label sent with your order, or deliver the product to the AstraVelo store or our service partners for diagnostics. Warranty periods and conditions depend on the manufacturer and the specific product, usually 2 years. However, TREK, KTM, Merida, and Superior offer significantly longer frame warranties – from 3 years up to lifetime warranty, provided you are the first and original owner of the bicycle.

7. Do you offer bicycle service and maintenance?

8. Can you prepare the bicycle before delivery?

Yes, depending on the chosen delivery option, the bicycle can be prepared and adjusted before shipment, so it is ready to ride immediately upon arrival.

9. Is it possible to purchase using instalments or leasing?

Yes, we offer instalment or leasing options for selected products (depending on available payment solutions and product value). Exact options will be displayed during checkout.

10. Are products available immediately?

Product availability is shown in the e-shop by warehouse location. If you plan to collect a specific model or size in person, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.
