Delivery and return

Thank you for choosing the AstraVelo online store. We will do our best to deliver your purchase as quickly and safely as possible! Delivery times depend on the location of the product in a specific warehouse, as well as the selected delivery method and destination. If delivery times are especially important to you, please contact us before making a purchase to уточe the delivery timeframe.

Indicative delivery times from different warehouses:

• AstraVelo store in Riga: 2–5 days
• AstraVelo warehouse in Riga: 2–5 days
• Manufacturer’s warehouse in the EU: 7–30 days 
• Pre-order: 30–90 days

Delivery costs in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia:

• Courier delivery: 10€
• Parcel locker delivery: 5€
• Bicycles, oversized items, and products weighing over 20 kg are delivered by courier only

Bicycle preparation and shipping:

• Usually, the bicycle is delivered in the manufacturer’s packaging and is almost (90%) ready for use. The Buyer will need a few simple tools to prepare it for riding. Although bicycle assembly and preparation are not very complicated, we recommend using the services of a professional bicycle mechanic.
• If you would like us to prepare the bicycle for use and ship it in special packaging, please select the additional service “Bicycle assembly, inspection, and packaging” when placing your order. Delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
• The Buyer assumes responsibility for bicycle assembly and preparation for use if the appropriate service has not been selected.

Product availability:

• Real-time product availability is displayed in the online store; however, it may change rapidly.
• If, for any reason, a product is not available, AstraVelo will inform the Buyer within 3 (three) business days via the email address or phone number provided in the contact details and will offer an alternative delivery time or a replacement with an equivalent product.
• If the Buyer does not agree with the offered delivery time or replacement product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund. AstraVelo will refund the paid amount no later than within 5 (five) business days from the date of order cancellation.
• In some cases, the product description, photos, and packaging shown in the online store may differ from the actual appearance or description of the product. The product description shall be decisive.

Product returns and other terms: 

• AstraVelo provides delivery of goods by courier to the specified/selected address or parcel locker.
• Delivery is provided by Omniva, Venipak, DPD, or another equivalent postal/courier service provider.
• Within 30 days, the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase by delivering the product to the AstraVelo store in Riga, Gunāra Astras Street 5.
• Returned products must be free of defects, unused, and in original packaging.
