Purchases www.astravelo.lv

We will make sure that purchases at www.astravelo.lv are convenient and safe, but in case of doubt, we always recommend contacting our consultants or visiting our store in Riga, Gunāra Astras Street 5.

The customer registers on the website www.astravelo.lv and enters the information necessary for the purchase and delivery (name and surname, telephone, e-mail and delivery address). The buyer confirms that the information is true and accurate. "Astra velo" does not assume responsibility for delivery delays or execution of the transaction/contract if the information provided by the Buyer is inaccurate or false.

A purchase is considered completed when all of the following conditions are met:

• a shopping cart has been selected on the website www.astravelo.lv;
• on the website www.astravelo.lv, the necessary minimum information has been entered - first and last name, telephone, e-mail and delivery method and address;
• on the website www.astravelo.lv, payment for the shopping cart has been made with one of the available means of payment.

"Astra velo" immediately sends a purchase confirmation to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

"Astra velo" has the right to unilaterally cancel the transaction without prior notice if the information provided by the Buyer is false or inaccurate and it is not possible to deliver the goods. "Astra velo" is obliged to repay the money to the Buyer no later than within 5 (five) working days by transferring it to the Buyer's IBAN account in an EU credit institution.

All communications and communications will be carried out by the parties through the e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers of the Buyer and "Astra velo" specified on the website of the Internet store.

In cases where it is necessary to ensure the recording of information on a permanent data medium, the Parties will use e-mails.

The buyer confirms that he is of legal age and has the right to enter into a Purchase Agreement.

Product warranty:

The buyer has the right to make claims about the quality of the product within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. If the product is used in accordance with the regulations, "Astra velo" ensures the repair or replacement of the product with an equivalent product, but if this is not possible, "Astra velo" will refund the money paid to the Buyer.

The product warranty does not include compensation for transport, maintenance or other services/costs to the Buyer.

Cancellation of the purchase contract:

The buyer has the right to return an unused and originally packaged product (refuse to purchase the product) within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of purchase. The buyer sends "Astra velo" a notification form about rejecting the product and delivers the product to the "Astra velo" store in Riga, Gunāra Astras Street 5.

If the product does not meet the conditions of an unused product, "Astra velo" has the right to demand compensation for the loss of value of the product from the Buyer.

Security and Personal Data:

"Astra velo" complies with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU, including the Law on Personal Data Processing

Purchase history or shopping cart is confidential information and "Astra velo" is not entitled to disclose it to third parties.

Registered personal/buyer data is purchase information, name, address, phone number and other data provided by the Buyer when concluding the product purchase contract. The personal data processor is SIA Veloprofs.lv 40003916069

The Buyer confirms that he agrees to the processing of personal data for the fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement and for other purposes for which the Buyer has given special permission.

"Astra velo" website has an SSL certificate, which ensures communication security between "Astra velo" and the Buyer.

Payment processing is provided by AS SEB banka's e-commerce payment module. "Astra velo" does not have the Buyer's payment initiation/confirmation tools available.

The buyer has the right to change, delete or correct the data provided, as well as prohibit the use of his data.

Disputes and Disagreements:

Disputes and disagreements will be resolved by the Parties through negotiation if possible, but if this is not possible, then in accordance with the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

The mutual rights and obligations of "Astra velo" and the Buyer are determined by the regulations posted on the www.astravelo.lv website and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Consumer Protection Law.
