Delivery and availability of goods:

  • "Astra velo" provides delivery of goods by courier to the specified/selected address or parcel station.
  • Delivery of goods is provided by Omniva, Venipak, DPD or another equivalent postal/courier service provider. Parcel delivery terms may vary, but they are usually 1-5 days in the territory of Latvia, and 3-7 days in the Baltics.
  • If the product is in stock and the Buyer has correctly specified the data necessary to complete the purchase and made the payment, "Astra velo" undertakes to hand over the product to the delivery company within 5 (five) working days after making the purchase.
  • The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method and address.
  • The product shown in the online store is usually available, but its availability in stock can change rapidly.
  • In some cases, the description, photo and packaging of the product in the online store may differ slightly from the actual appearance or description of the product. The Buyer can familiarize himself with the complete description and visual appearance of the product in person at "Astra velo" stores.
  • If the contract has been concluded, but due to some circumstances the product is not available, "Astra velo", using the e-mail or phone specified in the contact information, will inform the Buyer about the unavailability of the product within 3 (three) working days at the latest and offer another delivery term or replacement with an equivalent product.
  • If the Buyer does not agree to the offeror's delivery term or the offered product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of funds. "Astra velo" will ensure the return of the paid funds to the Buyer no later than within 5 (five) working days from the day of cancellation of the purchase.
