The Unio E20 is an incredibly easy to fold electric bike. It can be folded in just 15 seconds for easy storage and transport, making it the perfect choice for people who want a bike that is both practical and efficient. Folding convenience is perfectly complemented with a hidden seatpost battery (the battery is integrated into the seatpost) and an ultra-light drive system. It is light enough, rides well with the power on or off, the battery can be easily disconnected and charged separately, thus increasing the ease of use of this bicycle. The great tool-free adjustability in the handlebar/stem, the handlebar can easily be rotated and also raised or lowered for better ergonomics and comfort. - Merida, KTM, TREK and Superior bicycle frames are covered by an extended warranty ranging from 3 years up to a lifetime warranty. For more details about special warranty offers, please contact AstraVelo.
- Service work: warranty claims can be submitted at the AstraVelo store by sending the product to the AstraVelo store or by submitting a claim for completed work, depending on the type of service performed.
Submitting a warranty claim
You can submit a warranty claim by:
- Sending photos and a short description of the issue to [email protected]. We will offer you the best and most convenient solution.
- Sending or bringing the product to the AstraVelo store in Riga, Gunāra Astras Street 3.
- Delivering the product to AstraVelo service partners in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia. Before delivering the product to service partners, please make sure to coordinate and register the warranty claim in advance via [email protected]
