Delivery times depend on the stock location and the delivery method and location you choose. Indicative delivery times from different warehouses:

• AstraVelo store in Riga: 2-7 days
• AstraVelo warehouse in Riga: 2-7 days Manufacturer's warehouse in EU: 7-30 days
• Pre-order: 30-90 days

Delivery costs in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia:

• by courier 10€
• delivery by parcel 5€
• Bicycles, large items and items weighing over 20 kg are delivered by courier only

Preparation and dispatch of the bike:

• Usually the bike is delivered in the manufacturer's packaging and is almost (90%) ready to use. The buyer will need a few simple tools to prepare it for use. Although it is not very difficult to assemble and prepare the bike for use, we recommend using a professional bike mechanic.
• If you want us to prepare the bike for use and send it to you in special packaging, please choose the additional service "Assembling, inspecting and packing the bike" when you make your purchase. Delivery may take 1-2 days more.
• Buyer assumes responsibility for assembling and preparing the bicycle for use if an appropriate service is not selected.

Availability of goods:

• The online shop indicates the real-time availability of the goods, however, it may change rapidly
• If for any reason the goods are not available, AstraVelo will inform the Customer within 3 (three) working days via e-mail or telephone using the contact details provided in the contact information about the unavailability of the goods and offer another delivery date, replacement with an equivalent product
• If the Customer does not accept the offered delivery date or the offered product, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the funds. AstraVelo will provide a refund to the Buyer within a maximum of 5 (five) working days from the date of cancellation
• In some cases, the description, photograph and packaging of the goods in the online shop may differ from the actual appearance or description of the goods. The description of the product shall prevail

Return of goods and other terms:

• AstraVelo ensures delivery of goods by courier to the specified/selected address or parcel station
• Delivery of goods is provided by Omniva, Venipak, DPD or other equivalent postal/courier company
• Within 30 days, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase of the goods by delivering the goods to the AstraVelo shop in Riga, Gunāra Astras iela 5.
• The returned goods must be free of defects, unused and in the original packaging.
